A fireplace adds to the look of any finished basement.

Fireplace_midway.jpg

After all the connections for the fireplace are finished, the wall framing begins.

Fireplace_sprayed.jpg

Large finished areas are spray painted for a smooth finish, in this case  multi-colour.

fireplace_finished.jpg

The marble and tile add just the right finishing touch.

basement_bare.jpg

Why just use your basement for storage? Wouldn't it be nice to add an office, a multi-media room, or even an area for the kids to play in?

basement_primed.jpg

This basement included an office area, a guest room with ensuite bathroom, and a large entertaining area with a bar and fireplace.

basement_carpet.jpg

6 zone multi-function potlights controlled from multiple areas light this long common area which leads to office and bedroom areas.

hilton2.jpg

Custom-made oak bar with sink and locking liquor cabinets.
A section of the concrete floor was removed to allow waste and supply lines to the sink.

entrance_start.jpg

This was a very dark mud room that the clients used more than the front entrance. They wanted to brighten it up a little.

basement_stair.jpg

We decided to put wood panels on the walls because they are very durable and quite decorative.

basement_stairs2.jpg

The same wood panels also traveled down the basement stairs.  We also incorporated a handrail into the stairway.

entrance_finished.jpg

What a difference!  The panels, along with a new laminate floor, were just the right combination to magnify the small amount of light entering the room.

The owners of this property wanted to replace the builder's slab walkway with some raised planter beds and a new walkway

000_0007.jpg

The idea was to run the length of the front concrete porch and have the new stairs run through the planter beds

Leach-4.jpg

The new planter beds were brought up to match the height of the existing porch slab

Leach-1.jpg

A programable lighting system was added into the stairs, with the timer located in the garage

Leach-3.jpg

The water system is tubed under the new stairs to feed the beds on both sides

Leach-2.jpg

The lights were finished at the perfect height for the asphalt driveway added later.

Leach-5.jpg

Each stair tread had to have a trough cut on the underside of it to allow the installation of the lights

Slider_deck.jpg

The raised decking area consisted of two large open decks along two faces of the house and a beautiful step down gazebo

12ft_slider.jpg

This is an amazing 12' fiberglass sliding door. It is the same house with the raised deck.

000_0016.jpg

We also do custom window and door installations.

000_0015.jpg

These are casement windows with custom arch tops and mullions added in for effect.

000_0017.jpg

The windows added above the door were awning style to allow use of a low crank for ease of operation.

Bathroom.jpg

A re-make of a turn of the century classic.

Bathroom2.jpg

This was actually three small rooms that were gutted and combined. There was a lot of ceramic work put into all the ledges and ceramic chair rail.

Bathroom3.jpg

There were two existing cast iron radiators connected to a boiler system. The plumbing had to be re-configured to remove one rad and move the remaining one.

Bathroom4.jpg

This washroom also had to be made wheelchair accessible which meant that an antique door and moulding had to be recreated to match the existing.

commercial.jpg

Large commercial projects are no problem. We design it for you or follow your specifications.

commercial2.jpg

After all the finishing touches were done a furniture design company was brought in to install prefabricated work stations.

commercial3.jpg

This project was for a children's organization so a children's artist was brought in to make it a friendly enviroment.

commercial4.jpg

We turned this problem column location in the reception area into a neat children's tree seat complete with birds.

pantry.jpg

This client wanted a pantry extension. We needed to bring a floor vent through the toekick.

pantry_open.jpg

The centre section of the pantry had doors that tripped lights on when opened and then slid back along the cabinet to reveal a powered cabinet for microwave.

pothanger.jpg

A nice touch to the new kitchen area was this heavy duty pot-hanger. It looks nice but was also capable of supporting a lot of weight.

anderson.jpg

This is a nice little CD cabinet I built for a customer. It had slide out drawers capable of holding six hundred CDs.

gazebo2.jpg

A gazebo added to a deck after extensive reinforcement.

cedar_gazebo.jpg

The benches were built removable so a patio set could be used instead.

Raised_stone_patio.jpg

This customer didn't want the maintenance of a wood deck so they went with a raised locking stone patio.

Raised_patio2.jpg

This patio was brought up to height using reclaimed concrete for a compacted base.

reid_basement2.jpg

This basement had a lot of unique lines that we incorporated into the flow of the ceiling.
